director of smaller groups
Greetings! I am Sally Bias, the Director of Smaller Groups at ZPC. I am a big believer in the transformational power of relationships especially when we allow God access to use them in many different ways.
I joined the ZPC staff in February 2003. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications from Ball State University. My former work life included public relations, marketing, and fundraising. I feel very blessed to be drawing from my experience as well as the talents God has given me to work at ZPC.
Contact me if you would like information or have questions about small groups, one2one discipling relationships, or adult classes.
On personal note, my husband Chris and I were married in 1994. We have three spunky kids--girls, Carly and Celia, and the baby boy in our family, Carter. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family and with friends.

director of connection
Hi! My name is Terri Shrader, and I am the Director for Connection at ZPC. I joined the staff in January of 2004 after 10 years of being a "domestic engineer".
I have a heart for helping people enjoy a sense of belonging at ZPC. It is so important that everyone who crosses our threshold feels encouraged in their spiritual journey, invited to participate (in ministry, small groups, discipleship, etc.), and included in vital relationships, both with God and with those who make up His church. I have the great privilege of overseeing our new member class, as well as various welcome ministries and those ministries that encourage connection.
My husband, Chris, and I graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. We were married in 1990 and have two wonderful sons, Jacob and Austin. We also have three dogs we found at the Humane Society. (Let me add here that three dogs is too many! They do, however, add so much to our lives.) I enjoy being with family, gardening, going to the movies (especially romantic comedies), watching Colts football, supporting Young Life, and spending time with friends over a good meal.

coordinator for children's ministry
My name is Amy Crispin. I am one of the Coordinators for Children's Ministry. I will be working closely with children, parents, and volunteers in our church. I am excited about being involved with the students and teachers who participate on Sundays and on Wednesdays at TeamKid.
My husband, Matt, and I discovered ZPC about seven years ago thanks to a friend of mine with whom I attended church in Noblesville when we were children/teens. She told me about a church at the corner of Michigan and 116th Street that had a fantastic pastor. We knew this was the place for us after our first visit!
I graduated from Indiana University in 1996 with a degree in Elementary Education and taught third grade for six years in Pike township. I retired from teaching after the birth of our first child Natalie. In April 2005, Matt and I added to our happy family with the arrival of Tommy. Of all the things I've done and jobs I've had in my life, being a mom and wife are my favorites by far! When I'm not playing dolls, rolling a ball back and forth, or testing out new recipes, I enjoy sewing and any crafty project I come across.

coordinator for children's ministry
Hello! My name is Annette Garriott-Parks. My role at ZPC is Coordinator for Children's Ministry with a focus on Nursery and Childcare. On Sunday mornings I oversee the nursery for infants and children for each worship service. Most likely you will find me at the Nursery Welcome Desk assisting parents as they check-in their children, staffing our rooms with our trained volunteers to ensure the best care for our littlest blessings and teaching a Bible lesson for our young toddlers. We have a great time in our nursery with singing Bible songs accompanied by musical instruments played by the children, learning our Bible stories and craft activities. I find great joy in looking into the faces of the children and seeing God's love shine through.
I joined the congregation at ZPC when my oldest daughter was just a baby. At that time, it was much easier to go to the early 8am service. Surprisingly it wasn't very crowded and I was able to take her into the sanctuary (now the chapel) to hear the words of God spoken through Glenn. I distinctly remember feeling welcome and cared for. It was a great experience and continues to be a fond memory. I hope to give that gift to others as I welcome them into our nursery.
God has blessed my husband, Thomas and I with three beautifully spirited girls ranging from teenage years to elementary age. We have shared our lives together for twenty-four years, and married the last eighteen of those years. Our family spends most of our time together with homeschooling the girls and travel soccer taking up the majority of our days.
Along with my position at ZPC, I also work part-time as a Registered Dietitian through the First Steps Early Intervention Program working with children under the age of three with feeding issues. I have learned so very much working with the special needs population for the last sixteen years. I bring that compassion and understanding to our nursery at ZPC.
My spiritual walk continues through my friendships and co-workers at ZPC as well as lasting friendships I have made through the homeschool community. I belong to a small group we have nicknamed, B.I.G (Breathe In God). They are a great resource for me as we study God's word. My life purpose is to be a member of Christ's family, a model of His character, a minister of His grace, a messenger of His word and a magnifier of His glory.

director of noah's ark
Luke 10: 14 "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." I'm Sherry Pipkin, the Director of the Noah's Ark Christian Child Care/Preschool. I have been with Noah's Ark since the first day the doors open on April 14, 1992; at that time I served as the Assistant Director, and taught in the three year old classroom. The past 9 years I have filled the Director's Chair. Every morning my office fills with little voices and great big smiles.
Whether it was being a mother of four, the ten years of home child care, or being in the halls of Noah's Ark, my passion and caring in life has been directed towards filling the needs of each child that God has allowed to cross my path. A child is a precious gift that God uses to teach us that no matter our age or the season of our lives, we are to all be His little children.
The staff here at Noah's Ark is blessed to care for and love these little lambs. It is our desire to show the love of Christ in all we do.

ministry assistant
I enjoy working at ZPC as a Ministry Assistant primarily supporting Youth and Children’s ministries, coordinating weddings, and am the liaison for our amazing office volunteers. I’m the first person you see when you arrive in the church office, and will greet you with a friendly hello. I have been on staff since September 2003.
I have a BA which I received from Purdue in Interpersonal Communications with double minors in Child Development and Photography. I have grown up at ZPC so I have gotten to see the ZPC grow and change over time. Now I enjoy attending worship with my delightful husband, Shawn.
Outside of ZPC, I love to study God's word and grow through small groups, mission trips, taking walks, and spending time with Shawn and our friends. I'm in an adult small group which has turned into my extended family. I enjoy serving you and your family in the church office. Stop by and say hello soon.

controller
Greetings! My name is Sarah Hallstedt and I am the Controller at ZPC (think: numbers and anything financial). I joined the staff in November of 2009, and also work part-time at a dirt bike shop (surely there is synergy somewhere!), also as the accountant.
I am working closely with our Executive Director to accumulate data and provide meaningful information regarding the financial position at ZPC at any given point in time. This ranges from entering data and “closing the books” on a monthly basis, as well as being actively involved in the budgeting process and year-end audit.
My husband, Phil, and I both graduated from the University of Michigan, and were married in 1988. I passed the CPA exam, and have a Finance master’s degree from I.U. We have three teenagers, Erika, Becca, and Nick (no amount of education prepares one for that!). We first started attending ZPC when we moved here in 1994, from a two-year stint in California. We came to ZPC because it was close to our home, and figured we stood a better chance of making it to church with young children – it worked!

I enjoy being married to my wonderful wife Stephanie and the father of my toddler son, Benjamin.
When I'm not at ZPC, you can find me in the recording studio working on my latest album, speaking against drug and alcohol use, or at home oil painting.

director of worship
Hey, my name is Jon Graybeal and in my role as the Director of Worship, I have the privilege of worshipping alongside everyone who comes through the doors of ZPC on a weekend. My hope is that, as a community, we’re constantly seeking and learning from the One who is deserving of our worship, not just worship through song but worship in action and decision.
I’m a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University with a BA degree in Biblical Studies and have been leading worship for 12 years in various environments.
Just a bit about me, I’m a Cubs fan (this is the year), have a dog named Wrigley, and have the honor, privilege, and blessing to be called ‘daddy’ by the most amazing little girl in the world, my daughter Emma (apologies to all other daughters and parents of daughters).
I look forward to getting to know everyone who passes through the doors at ZPC, to worshipping alongside each other and as a community follow where God is leading.
