Noah’s Ark is a full-scale Christian childcare program and a ministry of ZPC that meets within our facility weekdays from 7:00 am–6:00 pm for infants through 6 years old. Noah’s Ark is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and Christian environment where children can grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. The goals of our professional teachers are to teach and model biblical Christian principles and to provide stimulating curriculum and activities. Approximately 175 children are enrolled at Noah’s Ark.

Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool meets from 9:00 am–11:30 am. Our 3-year-old Angelfish class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 to 5-year-old Loveable Lions’ class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The activities are hands-on and include creative expression through art and music appreciation, simple nature experiments, learning numbers and phonics, social interaction ranging from group participation to one-on-one conversation, and indoor and outdoor play. This curriculum has been a proven formula for the development of inquisitive young minds and the growth of healthy bodies.

Curriculum and Activities

Curriculum materials used at Noah's Ark, for ages two through Kindergarten, are those published by the A Beka Book Company. The curriculum enables Noah's Ark to provide a foundation in basic learning skills as well as reinforcing the values parents are working to instill in their children.

Breakfast, a.m. snack, lunch and p.m. snack are catered in by Crystal Catering, a division of Marsh Corporate.

Weather permitting, 30 degrees and above, children do outdoor activities on our three playgrounds. On rainy or very chilly days, the Classrooms are provided the opportunity to play in the Gymnasium. Here they ride bikes, play ball, do relays, play with parachutes, etc. During summer months, splash days and bike days are scheduled on Classroom Monthly Calendars. Field Trips are planned suring summer months for three year olds and up.
