Carver McGriff Presentation

On September 21, 2011 retired Saint Lukes Methodist Church senior pastor Carver McGriff spoke at the 60+ Dinner. McGriff is the author of ten books, including "The Passion Driven Church" and  "Hope for Tomorrow, What Jesus Would Say Today."

In "Making Sense of Normandy: A Young Man's Journey of War and Faith," McGriff's latest book gives a rare veteran first-hand account of the harsh realities of WWII combat - not only the struggle for physical survival but for emotional and spiritual survival as well. His presentation to the group at ZPC touched on this and other topics.
