Crooked Creek Volunteer Fair | Sunday, August 9
Discover how ZPC is partnering with our neighbors in the Crooked Creek Community at 71st Street and Michigan Road. Stop by the Gathering Space to meet our ministry partners, learn about this partnership, and explore ways you can serve and make a difference.
Between now and then participate in our snack drive! Drop off snack donations for students at Westlane in the bin by the Mission Wall.
Kentucky Mission Trip
Would you like to serve on a short-term mission team that is close to home? Are you looking for a way to serve that involves the whole family? If so, the Kentucky Mission Trip may be for you. A team, hopefully including you, will be traveling to Leslie County, KY during fall break to work with Big Creek Missions. The team will do various jobs, such as light construction, home repairs, or work within the community helping at a food pantry, nursing home, or school.
Cost: $100 per person (max of $300 per family) covers food and lodging during the trip. Please make out a check to ZPC and put KY Mission Trip in the memo.
We’ll depart from ZPC on October 10 at 9 am and return on October 13, departing KY around 9 am.
Everyone will drive themselves, but carpooling is encouraged if you’d like to share a ride.
